Why Are No Caregivers Showing?

The most common reason caregivers are not showing is because the selections made during registration are not aligned with available caregivers in your area. If that happens, don't worry! You can adjust those selections right here on the dashboard. Remember, your rate request for the services should be at or above market value to maximize your caregiver selection.

What If My Care Service Isn't Listed?

The short list of care services are the most popular non-medical services needed for basic senior and disability care. Remember, personal care services is the higher skill level and usually entails some type of expected complexity. Selecting this care service will ensure the caregiver consideration has the adequate skill level for this service. In the event, you don't see a particular service needed, please send us an email detailing this service and we will review for future consideration.

Why Am I Having Issues Selecting Time Slots?

When scheduling time slots, you must select each day as well as each hour of service needed. For example, on a Monday-Friday 9am-12pm schedule, you would select each day and then each hour of service needed to secure the caregiver before checking out. Remember, there is a 2hr shift minimum requirement to schedule service.

Why Is The Care Environment Important?

The care environment is one of the most important steps to ensuring an accurate match between client and caregiver! Also, you can save caregivers to your favorites or search by name to easily locate them later. Remember, to view the caregiver biography to learn more about them!

How Do I Review Caregiver Information?

When considering selecting a caregiver, hover your mouse over the caregiver name and click the + sign to open up the profile. There you will learn about their specialty skills, hobbies & interests, and languages spoken. You can even check their specific availability for accuracy before selecting the caregiver.

Do I Have To Acknowledge The Terms & Conditions?

Yes, It is important that you read and acknowledge our terms and conditions prior to checking out. This will ensure that you understand how we operate as well as our position on safety at all times. Thanks for your understanding!

Do I Have To Pay For Services Upfront?

Great question...you do not! You will be officially charged after the completion of each shift. In the mean time, we do place a hold on the credit card to ensure available funds for the service requested.

What's The Next Step After Selecting A Caregiver?

Once you have completed the check out process, you will receive an email confirming receipt of schedule. The caregiver has been notified of the request and will accept or decline the shift request. Shifts are declined for various reasons but mainly due to real-time schedule changes. If that happens, don't worry! We have plenty of awesome caregivers in the network.
