Once you have completed the check out process, you will receive an email confirming receipt of schedule. The caregiver has been notified of the request and will accept or decline the shift request. Shifts are declined for various reasons but mainly due to real-time schedule changes. If that happens, don't worry! We have plenty of awesome caregivers in the network. We recommend you try to secure another caregiver for your service needs.
Remember, add caregivers you like to your favorites folder when browsing to easily locate them if a cancellation occurs.
