Why Am I Having Issues With Scheduling Care?

When scheduling care, the date range should be heavily considered. If you selected Recurring service, consider selecting 30 days or longer to ensure the same caregiver is available. It's also important to know that a minimum of 2hr shift is required to schedule service. Lastly, you will have to ensure your required time frames are matching up with AM/PM for proper scheduling.
